Man found dead after garage fire on New Year’s Day
A man was found dead after a fire broke out in the garage of a home in Woodbridge on Wednesday, authorities said. The fire broke out in the garage of a home on the 100 block of Poplar Street in the Fords section of town around 5:40 p.m., according to Woodbridge police Capt. Scott Kuzma. The Fords Fire Department quickly extinguished the blaze.
