Semi-pro Fairhope Storm’s 1st season temporarily derailed by coronavirus
The Fairhope Storm was one of the only games in town last weekend. The first-year semi-pro football team collected its first win Saturday at Fairhope Municipal Stadium. It might be a while before the team gets No. 2. The Storm’s league, the Inter Active Football League, announced Monday it was suspending play due to the coronavirus pandemic.
